Immerse yourself in a world of inclusion, adventure, and personal growth at Sunnyhill Adventures Camp, hosted at the vibrant Sunnyhill Adventures destination, a 65-acre haven in Dittmer, Missouri. Designed to empower individuals with developmental disabilities, our sensory-diverse, challenge-by-choice summer camp offers nine weeks of dynamic, themed overnight and day sessions for ages 8 to 99+. From exhilarating high-ropes courses and archery to creative arts and crafts, Disney-themed fun, and Olympic-style competitions, each session fosters self-confidence, teamwork, and a lasting bond with nature.
2025 Camp Sessions
(June 15–August 15, 2025):
- Adventure Camp: Thrilling high-ropes, climbing, archery, fishing, and survival skills (June 15–20, July 6–11, July 20–25, August 10–15; Ages 18–99+; $1,300).
- Arts Festival Camp: A fusion of camp classics with arts, crafts, music, and theater (June 22–27; Ages 18–99+; $1,300).
- Every Day is a Holiday Camp: Daily American holiday celebrations with festive activities (June 29–July 4; Ages 18–99+; $1,300).
- Superhero Camp: Superhero-themed outdoor challenges and role-playing (July 13–18; Ages 8–17; $1,300; Overnight or Day Camp).
- Disney Camp: Relive Disney magic through games, crafts, and songs (July 27–August 1; Ages 18–99+; $1,300).
- Olympic Camp: Team and individual sports challenges for all abilities (August 3–8; Ages 18–99+; $1,300).
Program Highlights:
- Inclusive & Adaptive: Programs tailored for all abilities, specializing in supporting those with special needs.
- Activities: High-ropes, team-building, fishing, talent shows, dance parties, and unique themed experiences.
- Comfort: Air-conditioned accommodations with cozy beds for overnight campers.
- Scholarships: Available via Rec Council for accessibility.
