PlanetBravo
Los Angeles California
For over 20 summers, PlanetBravo has been providing the best in technology fun and education to campers all over LA and the OC. Their courses allow students to learn foundational skills quickly and then create impressive and ambitious projects throughout the week. From Video Game Design to Film Production to Robotics, the goal is to have campers busy creating and having a blast, not waiting for the next instruction. Best of all, the day is balanced with indoor and outdoor play time, so you can expect your child to get plenty of exercise and sun.
PlanetBravo offers programs for K-1st and 2nd-9th graders. Held at local partnering schools throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties. Camp runs 9am-3pm M-F in one-week sessions. After care is available at some locations until 5:30pm.
Inside and Outside Time
We know that learning happens everywhere, so our kids get a healthy balance of time both indoors working on their computers and outdoors playing games.
Fun AND Educational
Every day at camp is filled with fun group activities and games, and our project-based curriculum is carefully designed to be engaging for all our students.
Live Instruction
Campers are guided and supported in each of their work periods with their teacher there in the camp lab with them. Teachers can even control camper screens (with permission) to help with some challenging bugs, or annotate their screens to nudge in the right direction.
Budget Friendly
We believe every child should have access to a quality education, so we work hard to keep our rates as low as possible while maintaining the highest of academic standards.
Packed with Awesomeness
Techno-tainment Summer Camp runs one-week sessions Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm with programs for campers entering grades K-1 and 2-9. Students sign-up for one (1) week-long course at a time from a list of courses. Students who sign up for multiple weeks may take all different courses, or repeat some of their favorites, since all our classes have a wealth of possible projects to complete.
Each day is balanced with a healthy mix of indoor and outdoor activities, including afternoon sports, snack break, and the ever popular computer games of Network Game Time. There are always multiple activity options during these times to ensure all students find something they enjoy.
