Each day begins with proper stretching and warm-up routines, followed by position-specific drills for both offensive and defensive players. Campers will work on essential techniques, fundamentals, and individual skills, with plenty of opportunities to compete in 1-on-1 drills and 7-on-7 scrimmages.
