Camp Pocono Trails is a health and wellness camp for kids, teens, young adults and families, located on 350 private acres, with an onsite lake and two swimming pools. We offer nutrition and cooking classes, boating, fitness training, adventure courses, zip-lining, drama, arts, dance, field trips to NYC and other local places of interest, basketball, football, tennis, soccer, softball, golf, plus a staff of certified professional nutritionists, self-esteem classes and much more! Ages 7-21.
All campers have a blast while participating in fun traditional camp activities along with nutrition, culinary, self-esteem, and personal training/fitness classes. The internet habit reversal track is elective along with group therapy (CBT). Campers come back each year to have fun, reconnect with friends, and maintain the progress they have made.
