Camp Pocono Trails: Young Adult Program
Our camp program for young men and women, ages 18-25, takes place in a structured environment where they learn how to live happier and healthier, while also allowing this age group choices when it comes to their daily schedule/fitness selection.
Our Young Adults will participate in many activities while at camp including: nutrition classes, personal training sessions, Zumba, Kickboxing, Pound classes, Yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, boot camps, tennis and all the other great activities that we offer our campers. Our lakefront facilities, dance studio, climbing center/odyssey course and golf driving range will all be offered to them as well. They will also be given the opportunity to take a trip off camp each week with other campers their age to local attractions.
All campers have a blast while participating in fun traditional camp activities along with nutrition, culinary, self-esteem and personal training/fitness classes. The internet habit reversal track is elective along with group therapy (CBT). Campers come back each year to have fun, reconnect with friends, and maintain the progress they have made.
