GENERAL INFORMATION
For 50+ years we’ve been hosting High School Marching Bands, Youth Groups, Church & School Retreats, Training Camps, Sports Clinics, and Reunions. Groups range in size from 70 to 700 guests. Rental periods range from 1-day to 1-week. We provide a wide variety of services to cater to your group’s specific needs. Cayuga is located in the Pocono Mountains outside the village of Honesdale, which is less than 3-hours from NYC and Philadelphia. Cayuga is an ACA accredited camp, owned & operated by the same family since 1962.
EXCLUSIVE USE
Cayuga’s natural landscape divides 350 acres into two separate campuses on the same estate. This unique feature allows us to cater to 2 different groups and at the same time provide each group with exclusive use. Each campus is located on opposite sides of our lake and operates self-sufficiently with its own swimming pool, athletic fields, dining hall, gymnasium, and other indoor facilities for meetings and evening events.
RENTAL DATES
Camp Cayuga operates as a Recreational Center from mid-June to late-June, and from mid-August to mid-September. Group rentals are available at this time. During the remaining summer weeks, Cayuga operates exclusively as a residential coed camp for children ages 6 to 16.
RENTAL FEE
Our rates are based upon the size of your group, your rental dates, and length of your stay. The daily rate is as low as $50 per person, which includes 3 meals and an overnight. Rental agreements are customized to accommodate your special requests. We pride ourselves in our ability to offer a top-notch facility with quality food service at such an affordable price!
ACCOMMODATIONS
Cabins are comfortable and thoughtfully planned with cross ventilation. Average-size cabins house up to 14 guests, and include 3 showers, 3 toilets, 5 sinks. Larger-size cabins house up to 27 guests, and include 7 showers, 7 toilets, 8 sinks. All cabins are equipped with smoke detectors, electrical outlets, closet, screened windows, hot/cold water, and a cubby for each guest’s personal belongings. All cabins are centrally located and easily accessible to the athletic fields, dining hall, and other indoor facilities. Private rooms are also available.
FOOD SERVICE
We take a lot of pride in the quality of our food service. Cayuga has 2 dining halls – one on each campus. All cooking and baking is done on the camp premises. Well-balanced, nutritious meals are prepared by restaurant-trained chefs, and served cafeteria-style in our dining halls. The menu is flexible to appeal to the taste buds of your group. Our meats, fish, vegetables, and fruit are of the very best quality.
