The Adventures in Veterinary Medicine program offers a unique, intensive learning experience for students interested in veterinary careers. Middle and high school participants are immersed in the world of veterinary medicine with access to expert lectures and hands-on training at the Cummings School Farm. Campers learn to care for animals through guided handling techniques and physical exams, while also practicing medical procedures like suturing and x-ray analysis. This interactive camp encourages teamwork through case-based learning exercises, helping students build valuable skills and deepen their understanding of animal health and science.
