Young Veterinarian Camp

Young Veterinarian Camp offers an immersive week for students in grades 5-8 to dive into veterinary science with practical, hands-on opportunities. Occurring from June 2nd to 6th, campers will gain invaluable experience by shadowing a practicing veterinarian, Dr. Robin Wilcox, at local clinics. They will witness surgeries, patient care for vaccinations and illnesses, and participate in learning skills like suturing, giving shots, and performing dissections. This camp is perfect for those passionate about pursuing a career with animals and veterinary medicine. Spots are limited, encouraging prompt registration.
