The WNE-MHC Golden Bear Summer Camp, hosted by the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Western New England University, offers high school students aged 13 to 18 an enriching opportunity to dive into healthcare career paths such as pharmacy, occupational therapy, and neuroscience. Over five days, campers participate in various interactive labs and learning sessions focused on community and hospital pharmacy, drug compounding, personalized medicine, and neuroscience. The camp not only provides practical experiences but also guidance on academic preparation and the college admissions process. The limited enrollment of 35 campers ensures an engaging and personalized environment, supported through the backing of the Massachusetts Health Council.
