VMI Summer Programs

VMI’s Summer Programs provide comprehensive summer educational opportunities for cadets and non-cadet students to advance their academic careers. The Summer Session features courses that count for academic credit, facilitating degree completion for cadets and open enrollment for others. The Summer Undergraduate Research Institute supports cadet research projects with financial incentives and includes educational workshops to enhance research skills. The Summer Transition Program prepares incoming cadets academically and physically before starting at VMI, conducted in a non-military setting.
