Held annually at North Carolina State University, VetCAMP is a comprehensive 5-day program aimed at high school students interested in veterinary sciences. Through interactive tours and hands-on experiences with farm and domestic animals, participants learn about veterinary medicine career paths and develop practical skills like suturing and animal care. The camp also introduces students to academic offerings at NC State, fostering a deeper understanding of the profession. VetCAMP accommodates both day campers and overnight participants, providing all necessary resources, meals, and activities to engage students thoroughly.
