Unleashed Camps

Unleashed Camps provide an engaging animal-centered educational experience for kids during school breaks and summer vacation. The program emphasizes age-appropriate animal welfare education combined with fun activities such as interacting directly with shelter animals, participating in educational games, arts and crafts, and attending presentations by guest speakers. These camps occur in the humane education classroom located at the adoption and community center, aiming to foster knowledge and compassion for animals. Sessions are available during school vacation weeks in December, February, and April, as well as single-day camps on holidays. Kids from kindergarten to eighth grade are grouped into three age groups: K-2nd, 3rd-5th, and 6th-8th. Details for the upcoming -26 school year camps are posted approximately one month before each holiday break, offering new and updated camp sessions regularly.
