Sooner Flight Academy

For more than three decades, Sooner Flight Academy has focused on motivating young individuals to become future leaders in aviation and STEM disciplines. Their summer camp program, targeting K-12 students, facilitates an interactive learning environment that fosters curiosity and discovery. Participants engage in hands-on activities that deepen their understanding of scientific and mathematical concepts through the lens of aviation. Additionally, the academy offers specialized summer flight camps for children ages 6 to 18 and organizes educational field trips to the Max Westheimer Airport in Norman, Oklahoma. The camp serves as an inspiring and practical platform to nurture interests in aviation and STEM, blending education with real-world exposure.
