Roundup River Ranch Summer Camps

Located in Gypsum, Colorado, Roundup River Ranch offers free, medically focused summer camps for children aged 7 to 17 with significant health diagnoses. The camp’s mission is to create a welcoming space that celebrates campers as ordinary kids, engaging in fun activities like horseback riding, archery, and arts and crafts, while also connecting with others who understand their medical challenges. Sessions are tailored to various conditions including severe allergies, heart issues, neurological disorders, cancer, gastrointestinal ailments, and more. The summer includes six-day residential camp sessions and shorter family weekend camps, which invite siblings and family members to participate. Volunteers support the camp, and special leadership development programs are offered for alumni camp participants. The camp fosters courage, friendship, and joyful moments, all while being fully funded and free to participants.
