The OKStars Summer Research Program immerses high school juniors and seniors in a real-world research environment at OSU Center for Health Sciences, allowing them to actively contribute to ongoing biomedical projects. Students collaborate with mentors and peers in specialized research areas, attending educational sessions that enhance college and career readiness. This six-week program not only provides practical research experience but also fosters mentorship and networking opportunities, culminating in presentations to faculty and family, showcasing the students’ work.
