Shepherd University hosts the NSF-Sponsored NeuroData Summer Camp, a free educational experience for a maximum of 16 West Virginia high school students, scheduled for June 9-13, 2025. Running from 9 am to 4 pm each day, the camp offers a deep dive into neuroscience and data science fundamentals through engaging hands-on exercises and practical applications. The camp includes daily complimentary lunch and requires parental involvement for student drop-off and pick-up. Supported by an NSF RII grant, this camp offers an excellent chance for high school students to explore scientific fields that combine biology and data analysis in an interactive environment.
