New York Tech offers a dynamic High School Summer Maker Academy, a one-week on-campus program designed to engage young learners aged 14 to 18 in advanced technological skills. Held in the university’s state-of-the-art Maker Spaces and HIVE, the academy provides hands-on workshops covering essential areas such as 3-D modeling, printing, laser cutting and engraving, printed circuit board design, and Arduino coding and soldering. The immersive experience aims to inspire creativity and develop practical skills in a collaborative setting, preparing students for further studies or careers in science and technology. This summer camp is an excellent opportunity for high school students interested in gaining real-world experience with innovative tools and techniques.
