Linking Camps and Campers Since 1995
The Nashville Flight Training Pilot Camp is an exciting week-long summer program aimed at teens aged 13-18 who want to explore aviation and flight training. Campers engage in practical and educational sessions that expand their knowledge of flight mechanics, communication, weather, safety, and navigation in aviation, supported by STEM-focused learning. The camp includes two hours of flying in an actual airplane with FAA certified instruction, plus one hour on a flight simulator, alongside educational resources and a camp t-shirt. The structured five-day itinerary guides students from ground school to flight operations, including lessons on Nashville Air Traffic Control, weather patterns, aviation maps, and hands-on flight experiences. This camp provides a unique chance to develop flying skills, connect with other aviation enthusiasts, and gain a genuine insight into the pilot training process.
