Montana Natural History Center presents its Outdoor Discovery Day Camps for summer , designed for children from Pre-K to 5th grade. The camp schedule includes 10 weeks of nature-themed programming, each week repeating twice, running from June to late August, excluding the Fourth of July week. Campers enjoy immersive outdoor experiences, educational field trips, and activities aimed at cultivating environmental stewardship, community involvement, and personal growth. These camps are accredited by the American Camp Association to ensure high standards of safety and quality. Operating daily from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, with free extended care available, the camps are hosted by knowledgeable naturalists focused on nurturing curiosity and teamwork. Families can register beginning January 13, , with fees varying slightly for members and non-members.
