Linking Camps and Campers Since 1995
This unique summer program at The University of Mississippi is designed for high school students eager to learn about healthcare professions through an engaging case study format. From June 7-12, 2020, campers will participate in interactive projects that delve into the study of human biology, focusing on anatomy, physiology, and diseases. The camp offers a glimpse behind the scenes at hospitals and laboratories and highlights various healthcare careers. Available to rising 9th through 12th graders, it provides both residential living accommodations with live-in supervision and a commuter option. Meals and recreational activities are included, and the program requires medical and agreement forms to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants. This camp supports students interested in careers in nursing, therapy, pharmacy, radiology, and more, fostering skills in science and patient care.
