This summer camp provides a unique opportunity for youth ages 8 to 17 to explore the field of veterinary medicine under the guidance of experienced veterinarians Dr. Robert Mankowski and Dr. Adam Christman. Attendees will participate in a comprehensive 3-hour session featuring interactive learning activities, including tours of a hospital and a farm, and direct interaction with animals. The camp is tailored to those curious about becoming veterinarians, offering insights into the profession along with fun and educational engagement. Included in the $20 fee are refreshments, a t-shirt, and prizes. Proceeds from the event go to support The EMPATH Project, an initiative that helps pet owners afford emergency medical care for their animals, ensuring pets receive life-saving treatment regardless of financial challenges.
