The ExplorePre-Health summer program at UW–Madison offers an excellent opportunity for students aiming to build careers in health care sectors such as medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physical and occupational therapy, among others. Through diverse offerings—including in-person lectures, laboratory sessions, online courses, and internships—participants can advance their scientific understanding and develop professional competencies relevant to the health care field. This program accommodates students currently enrolled in health care majors as well as those planning to enter health-related professional schools. It helps fulfill curriculum requirements and prepare for the next steps in education and career. The program is bolstered by UW–Madison’s Center for Pre-Health Advising, which provides ongoing support and academic counseling.
