Located at Bear River Ranch in Missouri, Cub Creek Science Camp is a remarkable overnight camp designed for children ages 7 to 17. The camp perfectly blends science education, animal care, and classic summer camp activities, offering campers an enriching and enjoyable experience. Participants can select from numerous engaging courses like Junior Veterinary training, adopting animals, crime scene science, and hands-on activities including riflery, archery, crafts, and survival techniques. The camp is home to more than 300 animals from over 100 species, providing campers with unique opportunities to interact with creatures such as monkeys, llamas, porcupines, and miniature horses. Camp facilities include modern, air-conditioned cabins with private bathrooms, a swimming pool, and extensive natural surroundings within the Missouri Ozark forest.
