For over seven decades, Circle F Dude Ranch Camp has been a hub for youth to create lasting memories, bond with peers, and build self-assurance. Situated in Lake Wales, Florida, this coed camp hosts 210 campers with a team of 70 staff members, 30 of whom are international. Its hallmark feature is the horseback riding program, offering lessons in both English and Western styles. Additional camp activities include climbing, waterfront sports, arts, general sports, and adventurous outdoor experiences. The camp operates under the principles of Respect, Inspiration, Play, Positive Thinking, Leadership, and Engagement, fostering a supportive and energetic atmosphere. The diverse counselor roles range from arts to sports and outdoor leadership, catering to a variety of skills. Staff enjoy weekly time off and excursions to local attractions, ensuring a balanced and enjoyable work environment.
