The 2024 Center for Wildlife Summer Camp offers an engaging and educational program designed for children aged 5 to 14 in Cape Neddick, Maine. Running from July 8 to August 28, the camp operates Monday to Wednesday weekly, divided into two age groups. Campers explore various nature-related topics through active lessons and hands-on experiences both indoors and outdoors. Highlights include interactions with ambassador animals, nature journaling, and building outdoor shelters. The camp day runs from 9AM to 3PM with additional care options available before and after camp hours. Weekly sessions focus on different themes such as sensory experiences, habitats, and wildlife care, fostering a fun and comprehensive understanding of the natural environment.
