Linking Camps and Campers Since 1995
Camp SOAR is an engaging and hands-on summer camp aimed at students from 3rd to 7th grade, with additional Family Camp opportunities for participants of all ages. The camp emphasizes four interconnected themes: STEM principles in aerospace, exploring aerospace careers with professionals, aviation history through aircraft exhibits, and character-building reflections inspired by WWII veterans and artifacts. Campers will enjoy a rich educational experience that links historical perspectives with modern aerospace challenges, truly reflecting the NAEC’s mission to honor the past and empower the future. Multiple camp sessions include five-day programs for older campers, three-day camps for younger groups, and a family-friendly two-day event that allows parents and children to engage simultaneously in selected activities. Camp SOAR offers an enriching experience that nurtures curiosity, social skills, and a deep appreciation for aviation and its history.
