Camp Seale Harris

Camp Seale Harris provides a supportive and educational environment for children who have been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. The camp focuses on normalizing the experiences of living with diabetes, helping over 600 youth annually to connect with others who understand the challenges of managing a 24/7 health condition. By attending the camp, children gain encouragement and empowerment to live confidently despite their diagnosis. They learn how to cope with daily routines such as blood sugar monitoring and insulin administration, all while participating in fun activities surrounded by peers who share their condition. The camp’s mission is to inspire children and their families to live well with diabetes through community, learning, and support.
