Linking Camps and Campers Since 1995
This camp is a collaborative effort between the Louisiana Pulmonary Disease Camp, Incorporated and the Louisiana Lions Camp. It offers a week-long overnight residential program specifically designed for children dealing with pulmonary disorders such as severe asthma, cystic fibrosis, tracheotomy, and ventilator dependence. The camp provides a supportive environment where children can engage in various activities including swimming, sports, and arts and crafts, tailored to their health needs and interests. The camp aims to create a safe, fun, and therapeutic experience to help children manage their conditions while enjoying a traditional camp atmosphere with peers facing similar challenges.
