Linking Camps and Campers Since 1995
Barry Conservation Camp is a well-established overnight camp located in the scenic White Mountain National Forest, designed for youth passionate about nature and outdoor skills. Since 1984, it has offered a unique 4-H experience focusing on wildlife education, natural resource conservation, and leadership development. The camp maintains a small, supportive community where children can explore their interests in activities such as shooting sports, fishing, paddling, climbing, and survival skills, all led by certified staff and experts from New Hampshire Fish & Game. The camp’s six cabins provide a setting that encourages social connection and personal growth. Campers leave equipped not only with outdoor skills but also with increased confidence and the ability to bring positive influence back to their communities. This camp is well-suited for various age groups and skill levels, enhancing both beginner and experienced campers’ understanding of ethical hunting, fishing, and conservation.
