Animal Wonders Summer Camps

In the summer of , Animal Wonders collaborates with Missoula Parks and Recreation to offer exciting week-long day camps focused on nature and animals, open to children between 5 and 12 years old. These camps provide a dynamic environment where kids interact directly with animal ambassadors, gaining knowledge about animal communication, habitats, and behavior through practical training and mentoring from wildlife experts. The sessions, conducted at Animal Wonders’ Meadow Pavilion in Potomac, emphasize fun learning through animal encounters and storytelling. Campers can attend specialized sessions like Animal Behaviorist and Wildlife Educator camps, which enhance their confidence in animal handling and public speaking. The camp experience ends with campers hosting a wildlife show that showcases their skills. These camps operate during weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with convenient drop-off and pick-up at a designated park.
