Animal Camp

At Animal Camp, children engage in a comprehensive exploration of nature and wildlife through interactive sessions that include live animal presentations, hikes, and hands-on care for farm animals like goats and chickens. The camp is tailored for Mini campers (grades 1-2, age 6+) and Juniors (grades 3-4), offering age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, such as terrarium making and crafting animal masks. Participants explore animal tracking and gain insight into pond ecosystems, building practical skills and environmental awareness. Lessons cover the importance of pollinators, native versus invasive species, and various habitats, aiming to inspire a lasting respect for the natural world.
