The AgDiscovery program offers a two-week immersive experience for students aged 14 to 17 interested in agricultural sciences and related careers. Hosted at UAPB, this summer outreach initiative enables participants to live on campus and partake in interactive labs, field visits, and workshops. Guidance from academic and industry experts gives students insight into animal science, veterinary medicine, agribusiness, and regulatory fields. Endorsed by the USDA’s APHIS, the program aims to expand students’ knowledge and interest in agriculture through dynamic, hands-on learning experiences.
