SOCAPA - School of Creative & Performing Arts
SOCAPA, the School of Creative and Performing Arts, is one of the premier visual and performing arts summer camps for young people, ages 13 to 19, in the world.
SOCAPA offers arts-intensive summer programs for teens in Filmmaking, Acting, Photography, Music, Screenwriting, and Dance. Our campuses in Los Angeles, New York, and Burlington, Vermont offer 1-6 week camps where students study their art in a state-of-the-art setting during the day and enjoy structured extracurriculars in the evenings and weekends (such as trips to Venice Beach, Times Square, or off-Broadway shows).
Every student is able to leave the program with material to show family and friends, and many include their work in portfolios for college applications. Rising juniors and seniors in our 3-week programs are also eligible to receive college credit through Marlboro College.
