YMCA camps have a rich tradition dating back as early as 1909. Our Camps are accredited by the American Camping Association and our well-trained team makes safety the first priority. We nurture character development through the YMCA core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
YMCA Camps and Day Camps offer a huge range of activities and outdoor experiences. Campers can come home at night, try a 3-day sampler, stay in camp for a couple weeks or take a wilderness trip to the Boundary Waters or even Alaska. Day Camp: Ages 4-14
Campers can check out camp and still come home each night. With 11 day camps around the metro area there’s bound to be one nearby.
Traditional Overnight Camp: Ages 7-18

Teen Wilderness Camps: Ages 12-18
Campers start in base camp then head out on canoeing, backpacking and rock climbing trips. Sessions range from 8 days to 1 month or more.
