Leadership is a skill that takes time to develop, we teach the skills necessary for leadership and help to create a leader out of each of our students. Also students should demonstrate sensitivity and responsibility in pursuing a balance between the needs of humans and a sustainable environment.

Our student leaders should be able to Take a Stand after they spend six weeks with us. Behind every environmental crisis lurks an issue, and students should be able to see these crisis.
