CAPE COD SEA CAMPS - FACILITY RENTAL
We offer 50 acres of prime Cape Cod real estate with 1000 feet of shoreline directly on Cape Cod Bay. There are a wide range of housing options, good food, meeting spaces and recreational facilities.
The housing options include heated and unheated cabins and dormitories as well as some small private cottages. Most buildings and many buildings have showers in them as well.
Cape Cod Sea Camps offers its' facility to the public for rental in the spring and the fall seasons. A minimum of 20 people is required and there are accommodations of over 500 beds, with the dining hall seating over 300.
Groups Served: We serve a wide variety of organizations for a wide variety of activities in a camp environment, including, schools doing field trips and academic programs; conferences; environmental or enrichment programs; civic groups; wedding rehearsal dinners; church retreats; family reunions; clambakes for ANY of the above; or just a day in the sun!
Length of Stay: The average length of stay is between two and four days. Groups may rent the facilities from late April to mid June and then again from just after Labor Day in September until the end of October.
Programs: CCSC does not provide program or health personnel for groups. Group programs are the responsibility of the organizations utilizing our facility. CCSC offers "room and board" only. However, program resources are available upon request.
What to Bring: CCSC will provide a sheet covered mattress and a pillowcase covered pillow. Participants should bring personal items, toiletries and soap. Try to anticipate the weather! Sleeping bags are recommended, but linens are available at an extra cost. If the group is cooking their own food, kitchen utensils including pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, glasses and cleaning equipment are NOT provided. Some athletic equipment is available through arrangement with the Group Coordinator at no cost.
